The Hamilton Beach Dual Breakfast Sandwich Maker with Timer has become one of my most-used kitchen gadgets. One of my favorite things is using it to recreate Starbucks-style turkey bacon sandwiches—perfectly toasted English muffins, warm egg, and melty cheese in just five minutes.

The dual design means I can make two sandwiches at once, which is great for busy mornings or when guests are over. Cleanup is a breeze: the non-stick plates and removable rings pop right into the dishwasher and come out spotless every time.

Pros: Fast (about five minutes), easy to clean, consistently cooks eggs and bread evenly, compact size for countertop storage.
