1) Return window
We offer a 90-day hassle-free return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.
2) Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, items should be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Returned with original packaging when possible.
- Accompanied by your order number (or proof of purchase).
3) Non-returnable items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (for example, personal care items once opened). If an item is non-returnable, it will be indicated on the product page where applicable.
4) How to start a return
- Email us at support@linbury.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the next steps.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange (as applicable).
5) Return shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Damaged/defective/incorrect item: We’ll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- Changed mind / ordered by mistake: Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
6) Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
7) Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange (for example, a replacement due to damage/defect), contact us and we’ll confirm the best option based on stock availability.
8) Order changes & cancellations
You may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
9) Shipping policy (Canada)
- We currently ship within Canada only.
- Free shipping on all orders within Canada (no minimum).
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).
- Delivery estimates: 3–7 business days (major cities), 5–10 business days (remote areas).
