Really easy to install this fan. Works really well for my space. The only downside I have found is that the fan beeps anytime you turn it off using the wall switch.

First things first... I hate that it says TLC on the defuser. Hate hate hate. Like really hate it.

Otherwise the fans great. Install was super easy. Took 15 minutes. Remote is great. All around good fan. Except for the stupid branding

I wanted a modern fan with a remote control. This fan is exactly what I was looking for. The only problem was, when I tried to finish the installation, I discovered that the light cover was missing from the box. I contacted the manufacturer, (because Amazon will not replace missing parts), and received a response very quickly. The manufacturer has promised to send me the missing light cover.

I wanted to provide an update- the missing part arrived today, just 3 days after I advised the manufacturer. Great customer service!

Overall, these fans are good! We bought one for the living room and one for the master bedroom. A complaint we have is the annoying loud beep sound it makes when you turn it on. Wish there was a way to stop that! Also, if you turn the light off and then back on again quickly it will change the light color from warm, to cool, to bright white, etc. In order to avoid this, you have to turn it off and wait at least 10 seconds before turning it back on for it to remember your saved color preference. This took us forever to figure out, and we thought it was broken… so buyer beware. lol. Super frustrating that it will not hold the color unless you wait to turn it back on.

Fan has been installed for a month. Had issues getting it to turn on because the battery wouldn’t “click” into place. The entire install took me about 4 hrs over two days because of work and the batteries not seating correctly in the remote. Also, I lost some screws for LED assembly so I had to get some at work. Anyways, it’s a nice fan. Anything over speed 3 is ridiculous. I’m not a fan (no pun intended) of the beeping it makes from remote input but at least I know that it’s working. Also, the remote is kind of a pain because it’s never left in the same spot so you have to turn it on with the switch and then walk in and make adjustments. Personally, I feel like it wasn’t bright enough from the the start but I think I’m getting used to it. I’m thinking of doing a switch delete in the wall and mounting the remote (with included bracket) to the wall.

All in all, it’s a decent fan for a kinda cheap price. I don’t think I will buy another as I will probably move this to the spare room and install a Hunter in the master bedroom.

TLDR: Been in for a month. Make sure batteries are fully seated and “click” in. Decent fan for the low price point.
