The pot does not work like croket pot. If your want to use as slow cooker it does not get hot enough and you can not turn the temp up. If try to it qill kick you out of slowx cook setting. I would give a rating of half star.

I have a basic PowerXL Stirmax I bought someplace else. I love it and wanted the PowerXL Deluxe with the additional parts. I was so happy to find it in Amazon Resale for such a good price. Stirmax worked great. Love this product!!

So far so good. I found the heat level right
for the product. The quality is well made.
The size is nice. It has a extra pan for the top
for more room if I need it.
I find it easy to use. It is easy to clean. I hand
wash but you can put it in the dish washer.
It is nice because it self stirs you food in the pot.
The value for the money is on the high side though
it is heavy duty and well made so I guess thats
their reasoning.

I have had the PowerXL stirmax for a little over a week now and have used it 3 times. I love it. It is easy to clean and although some people have mentioned that food may get stuck in the corners, I check it a few times to make sure every bit of food is being stirred and cooked appropriately. Some people have also mentioned that they had a hard time putting the big pot back on the plate, I originally noticed that but, I simply locate the metal piece that connects the plate to the pot and make sure they are both in the same direction and it connects very quickly. I also bought the one with all the other things, another pot, steam, strainer. I haven't had a chance to use those just yet but absolutely love this device. I saw it advertised when it first came out and saw the price and that you had to go through their site to purchase it and passed, since then I looked for it on Amazon and looked at the price and bought it. It has a large capacity, the device is made out of quality materials, it is not heavy and it fits nicely under my cabinet.

This product is so wonderful! It was purchased for my elderly grandma who has a hard time making dinner. The automatic stir is a lifesaver for her. She's able to make her favorite recipes again. Would recommend 10 out of 10

Works great, the wife loves it especially the auto stir/shredding . Cooks very grate and I highly recommend if you cook a lot of homemade dishes 5/5 🌟 s!!!!!!!!!!

The concept is really great but I’m not very impressed. Before using I washed the pot of course but then it was a bit of a challenge to get the pot back on the base. It has to fit a certain way and I was losing my patience. I almost boxed it back up right away. But I finally got it to sit on the base properly.
I cooked spaghetti sauce on the stove then put it in cooker to slow cook most of the day. The stir paddle worked good. When it came time to serve I found that it was kinda a pain to dip sauce out because of the middle where the paddle connects and the paddle were in the way. As the pot became near empty it was a pain to scoop sauce out because of the corners. I washed and dried it and when I went to put it away I had a hard time fitting back on the base correctly. I guess there is a secret to it . I’m returning and going with a traditional slow cooker.

I love that I dont have to baby my sauce all day. I make it in one pot and clean up is easy, I don't have to stir it all day and it cooks evenly. It's easy clean when done, nothing sticks to the stainless steel and so far the quality is great. I wish it was bigger, like a 10 qt size. I have recommended this to multiple people because of how great the functionality is.

I’m going to keep it 100. This is a great product. I use it all the time I love it. I love it. I love it. You must buy one. I had to tell my best friend and she bought one.

This is one of my favorite utinsels in the kitchen. It stirs so I don't have to watch the food constantly or stir so food doesn't burn. Plus pause stir or not stir at all. Steams, and has several other presets like for rice or stews etc. It's a great value and well worth the price. It's a very generous size and a big spoon sits on the lid handle. It's a quality made pan and I highly recommend.

The main reason I bought the Stirmax was for roasting nuts - macadamia, pecans, cashews, etc. I put the nuts in the unit and spray some avocado oil on them. Set the temperature at 350 degrees, slow stir, and set the time for approx 30 minutes. When finished dump the roasted nuts on a paper towel and immediately season them (I like using sour cream & onion popcorn seasoning and a little popcorn salt if needed). Let them cool and you have a delicious snack. Highly recommend this instead of using a pan on the stove. BTW, I tried making soup in the Stirmax and that worked well too.
