I have to say I’m disappointed. I see these ads making it look like the best fan ever, and the reviews I read were great. I was increasing the level and at 3 I was thinking ok this thing must go to 8 or 10. When it stopped at 4 - I was seriously questioning every review and what I’d seen and heard of the brand.

Luckily I got it on sale. The first one I received was wobbly. The fan would randomly turn off completely, or would suddenly go from high setting to the lowest and make a super loud noise. Sometimes it would go back a bit higher but noise was still there. This was while on the regular mode, not the eco natural flow one.
The remote does not work for either that or replacement.

While the second doesn’t randomly turn off or get noisy suddenly (other than maybe twice), I’m still not overly impressed.

Pros:
1. Super easy set up
2. Has a remote
3. Oscillating
4. Multiple settings -

- which includes nighttime which gradually lowers throughout the night (yet to try this but sound great for winter months)
- setting of time
- “natural air” setting

5. Front and back are removable for easy cleaning

Cons:

1. Easy set up, I appreciate, — but I also felt like the bottom was cheap and worried it would break.
2. My remote doesn’t work
3. While I appreciate the oscillation, I wish you could choose to have it fully go side to side, or go a shorter degree. —In really hot weather you want it more towards those in the room.
4. Lack of power -
Setting and flow are quite weak for such a pricey fan. I expected a lot more air flow.
5. Price. - even on sale
6. The eco or natural setting is odd.
I get the idea of more like the wind blowing or whatever, but this is like, loud on level 4 to randomly switching to quiet barely blowing on level 1, and not every once in awhile. Like continuously.
The sound alone of the switching back and forth drove me nuts and I was seeing if i should leave that option on by my dog crate while I ran to the store. In like thirty seconds I was annoyed by it.

Fans are all so pricey it’s hard to say, but I need more and I’m not going to get this one again.
I’m sure I’ll move it to my bedroom once I get another one for my living room. I think it will be fine in there.

My place is not large either. I didn’t have crazy high expectations.
