They always come out perfect they don't stick !
Nothing sticks to it, it has a nice height, quality feels cheap but good enough to use in your kitchen. When I say cheap is not to bash the item, but noting that the material is made out -plastic- feels cheap, but that same material being used makes for a lightweight item you can swing around even if you have a weak wrist.
Heat distribution is good, too. Have run through the faucet this, you certainly shouldn't do it, I know how to do it safely, but if all you're using is some dough and diced veggies this is fun. I tend to push the waffle maker and do eggs, pastries, anything I can think of and it's been amazing so far.
Thumbs-up for this.
Talk about taking your waffle making skills to the next level.
If you can think it up - you can more than likely make a waffle out of it.
From breakfast to lunch menu, the stuffler makes great STUFFED waffles
Sweet, savory, dessert, breakfast, lunch, dinner....it doesn't matter! We have had SOOOO MANY waffles since we received this in the mail!
I waited for a long time to purchase this. I couldn't bring myself to buy it when I have TWO perfectly good waffle irons already. Then it went on SALE for Amazon prime day. At $35 vs $50, I couldn't talk myself out. Now, I might buy a second at full price! It does take a LONG time to heat up and cook the waffle but totally worth it.
These waffles are THICC and one over stuffed waffle each usually fills my teen boys. One batch of batter from the instruction manual makes 5 over stuffed waffles.
I say over stuffed because we found out that we like a BUNCH of filling and just enough waffle to cover it.
Buy it! You will probably only regret how long it will take to try all the different kinds of waffles!

Breakfast (hashbrown, bacon, egg, cheese)
Recently we’ve been craving pizza and cauliflower crust wasn’t cutting it, so I instead pulled out a Garlic Parmesan chaffle recipe, pan fried some pepperoni, and did a quick search for best pizza sauce (Raos).
I followed the directions in the booklet for stuffing and timing. The pizza stuffed chaffle was out of this world. Perfect in every way like we were served them somewhere. I wasn’t sure how it would bake to contain the filling on the sides but none of it oozed out. The tongs were easy to lift and transfer to plate. The iron was safe to touch to make a 2nd one to eat later.
The best part - it was right up there for taste and texture with all the high carb gluten-filled pizzas we would otherwise get delivered at a fraction of the price while staying keto.
The iron’s non-stick surface also made it so easy to clean. I found its shape and the fact that you remove the tongs made it much easier to clean than our other regular (mini) waffle iron. I particularly like its small footprint for storage. And who can beat the price?
We can’t wait to use it again!!
Right out of the box I noticed that it has a nice heft to it, it feels very well-made and exceeded my expectations. It's extremely simple to use - you plug it in, wait 10 minutes for it to fully preheat, pour in your batter/toppings, flip, and 7-8 minutes later you have a delicious waffle. I've tried a few now and the results are always consistent - crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, always fully-cooked. I'm especially impressed with the nonstick surface, I really had to wrap my head around the idea of *not* coating the cooking plates with any oil/spray, but my waffles really do come out perfectly golden-brown and with absolutely no sticking at all.
The tongs are easily my favorite aspect of the whole machine. There's something so satisfying about using them, they lift out the waffles perfectly and they're just as high
-quality as the rest of the machine. Plus I'm always a fan of space-saving design, so the fact that the tongs are designed to be stored inside of the waffle maker is just fantastic.
The machine does have a couple of quirks: for starters, it has an LED light which indicates when it's plugged in, but unlike other waffle makers, its color doesn't change when the machine is preheated. Feels like an odd omission, but I don't really mind since it's easy enough to just set a 10-minute timer. I do wish that the inner cooking plates could be removed for deeper rinsing/cleaning, but the nonstick surface wipes clean with a damp towel which is easy enough (I just think the option to remove the plates would be nice, to rinse them with water when needed, but this also hasn't really been a problem).
A bigger flaw is that the machine has no locking mechanism, so when you flip it, you have to make sure you're holding it tightly to prevent any leakage. This hasn't been a problem whatsoever so far, and not a drop of batter has dripped on my counter while using this thing. But I would definitely appreciate it if the machine could be fully locked close, not only during flipping, but also while storing it away as well. There's a little latch to hold the machine in place vertically, which is great, but it doesn't create an airtight seal like many other appliances. Just for the sake of being able to keep the inside of the waffle maker free from dust/pests/etc, I really wish it included a lock. I hope that if Presto ever iterates on this design, that's the first change they make.
Thankfully, none of those gripes really affect my opinion of this waffle maker. It's just extremely high-quality. It sets out to do one kitchen task and it accomplishes that task again and again with perfectly consistent results. This is easily one of my favorite appliances and I emphatically recommend it.
